In our function as experts in evaluating undeveloped and developed properties we produce expert certificates in accordance with the state IHK rules and the investigation of the market value.

Ø  For legal matters within the family
For example, inheritances, divorces, statutory share requirements

Ø  For tax purpose
Property is often taxed at too high a rate (not least because of the market price decrease in recent years). By presenting the corresponding reports the tax demands can be corrected.

Ø  For legal procedures
The estimation of depreciation and adverse effects.

Experts commit themselves to producing comprehensible certificates impartially, independently and objectively, in accordance with the contract, both spoken and in writing. Confidentiality and punctuality are also a matter of course.
